GRAND DENTAL STUDIO OPENS OFF WESTERN

OKLAHOMA CITY, January 6, 2003 – Michael K. Kirk, D.D.S opens his new dental facility today at 1057 N.W. Grand Boulevard. The new location is at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and North Western Avenue.

“The new facility is state-of-the art in dental technology,” said Kirk. “More important to our patients is the environment that we have created – it is very comfortable and spa-like in its amenities. Patients will feel pampered when they come visit us.”

Grand Dental Studio is the new name for Kirk’s dental practice. “The name emphasizes that science and artistry are blended when it comes to providing patients with the highest levels of aesthetic dentistry”, added Kirk.

Aesthetic dentistry has been publicized recently in women’s fashion magazines. In the January 2003 edition of Bazaar, an article entitled “Smile Makeover” featured the author undergoing a cosmetic dentistry procedure called veneers. “What I found interesting about that article was the atmosphere that the New York City dentist created for the patient. The patient was comforted by having a chenille blanket put over her. The patient was comforted by the empathetic listening skills of the dental team. Of course, it doesn’t hurt when a doctor has a reputation for doing these types of procedures”, elaborated Kirk.

“Grand Dental Studio is a welcome addition to the Western Avenue area where there are three miles of Oklahoma City’s best restaurants, clubs, shops, and galleries,” stated Richard Duncan, Vice President of MidFirst Bank and leader of the Western Avenue Association. “We love the fact that people can get so many of the services they want with such ease in this area”.

Grand Dental Studio provides general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry care for the entire family. Grand Dental Studio is open Monday through Friday with several appointment times that are outside of normal business hours to meet busy families’ needs.
